    24 Hour Helpline. BAWSO is an `all Wales` voluntary organisation, providing generic and specialist services to Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) women and children, made homeless through a threat of domestic abuse or fleeing domestic abuse. It`s work extends to providing support to BME women who are confronted with forced marriage, threatened honour killing, female genital mutilation, prostitution and trafficking. Referral can be made by: self, friends, family or agency Cannot accept serious ex-offenders and women with a history of arson, violence or refuge eviction. Unable to offer services for women with mental health or drug/alcohol dependency support needs, including women on a methadone programme
