All calls are recorded for training purposes only We are a mental health telephone helpline operating 24/7 using a freephone number which does not show up on itemised telephone bills. Calls to the Helpline are confidential and you do not need to give any personal details to obtain help or information. Our trained staff will listen to your problems or difficulties and provide information that may help - if that is appropriate. General information is available about mental health/illness, symptoms, treatments and mental health law as well as a variety of other services. We offer support through listening to those callers who feel the need to talk over their experiences and feelings. C.A.L.L. has a comprehensive information database containing details of services throughout Wales and is able to offer information on groups/services local to the caller, but also national contacts if that is what the caller requires.
