Offers support to those experiencing poor mental health, thoughts of suicide, bereaved by suicide, feeling isolated and just want a listening ear etc. SOS Silence of Suicide works to eradicate stigma, shame and silence surrounding mental health Advocate for suicide prevention, suicide intervention, suicide awareness, emotional wellbeing & mental health support. We offer a freephone service 7 days a week. The helpline also offers support in person and online.
